I started out in Alabama this morning.
(I might challenge that "beautiful" part!)
Quickly crossed over into Mississippi
This was an adorable herd of little donkeys along the road.
In the 4 states I was in today, the donkeys were the
most interesting thing I saw!

Crossed the Mississippi River into Louisiana
And, finally, Texas
